UNDER AND BY VIRTUE of the authority contained in a certain Order entered by the Clerk of Superior Court for the County of Wilkes on the 5th day of September 2025, in a special proceeding therein entitled JANET MEADE WOOTEN, INDIVIDUALLY and MARKE ALLEN MEADE, AND JANET MEADE WOOTEN, as Co-Administrators of MICHAEL HOWARD MEADE ESTATE, Petitioners, V. DIANA LYNN MEADE PEGG, ET AL, Respondents as found in file 25SP000034-960, the undersigned Commissioner will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on the 14th day of October 2025, in the lobby of the Wilkes County Courthouse in Wilkesboro, North Carolina, SUBJECT TO THE CONFIRMATION OF THE COURT, that certain tract or parcel of land located in North Wilkesboro Township, Wilkes County, North Carolina, and more particularly described as follows:
